
Join us at this almost-end-of-the-week lunch hour class for gentle movements and space to breathe. We’ll explore simple yet effective “joints and glands” exercises from the Himalayan Institute tradition, as well as light asana (postures), pranayama (breathing) and relaxation that leaves you refreshed and ready for the rest of your day and remainder of the week. This April through May on selected Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:00pm, breathe, get grounded, and enjoy gentle balancing, stretching, and mindful movement in this Hatha yoga class that honors the seasons. Take the time to unwind and treat your senses to the beauty of the gardens — a wonderful mid-week break for body, mind, and spirit. Bring a mat and any props that help you in your practice (block, blanket, etc.). Appropriate for every body and every level of practitioner (ages 16 and up). $15, $10 for garden members.
