Yoga Therapy is a way of working with people that addresses the whole individual, and acknowledges that whatever we're going through affects ALL parts of our life. It's a bio-psycho-social-spiritual therapy for whole-person wellness.
There is a growing body of scientific research that shows just how effective yoga and mindfulness practices can be for a variety of issues and conditions.
In individual sessions, I educate and empower clients in finding new ways to navigate their unique life challenges and changes -- such as grief, career moves, anxiety, new phases of life -- using simple and accessible tools from the Yoga tradition that most people don't yet know about.
